I tear things apart and put them back together.

I talk to product users and listen to their beefs, suggestions and positive experiences.  Online research is my forte.

The feedback is formatted, collated, filtered and analyzed…remember, I do this professionally.

I then carefully consider “what is the best move for consumers”?

My findings, thoughts and opinions are then published in a number of formats, most of them online.  This website  is one example.

My goal is to provide consumers with accurate information that will help them make informed purchasing decisions and receive maximum benefit from their product ownership.
