Getting straight to the point, you could surf on over to Amazon and find the AlcoMate Premium for $148 and a few cents. For that you’ll get the breathalyzer unit, a carry pouch, two batteries and 3-5 day shipping.

What would you be missing?

First would be an extra alcohol sensor module that we talked about above. The pre-installed sensor should last 6-12 months, but it’s not possible to predict exactly when it will need replacing…so its best that you have a replacement handy. Make sense?

That also saves on additional shipping charges, if you were to buy the replacement sensor separately.

Next would be mouth pieces. Amazon provides 5 mouthpieces, but that won’t get you very far. BreathalyzersUSA includes 100 extra mouth pieces in their package and that alone is a $32 value.
